01 โ€” Post-surgical

Rehabilitation after surgery

Periods of inactivity after an operation can restrict mobility, circulation and general health. We help you recover with hands-on treatment, exercise programs and practical advice to get you moving properly again.

  • Strengthening exercises
  • Range of motion exercises
  • Gait aid progression (frame, crutches, stick)
  • Pain management advice
  • Swelling management
  • Transfer practice (car, steps, etc.)
02 โ€” Balance & safety

Falls prevention

If you've had a fall, or feel at risk of one, it's worth addressing properly rather than putting it down to age or bad luck. We assess balance and strength, and can source and fit equipment like walking frames or sticks so they're the right height and used safely โ€” reducing the limitations that follow a fall or injury.

03 โ€” Neurological

Neurological conditions

Injuries or illnesses affecting brain function can place major limits on motor control, turning once-everyday tasks into a real challenge. We support patients recovering from stroke, cerebral palsy, spinal trauma, acquired brain injury, or cognitive and neurological decline โ€” helping relearn and rebuild skills with consistent, caring support.

04 โ€” Musculoskeletal

Musculoskeletal rehabilitation

We assess and diagnose your condition, then plan and deliver treatment to restore function โ€” all from the comfort of home โ€” working alongside your GP and other health professionals where needed.

  • Posture and alignment problems
  • Arthritis
  • Sciatica
  • Adolescent and children's injuries
  • Back and neck pain
  • Headaches
  • Sports injuries
  • Muscle and joint pain
  • Post-operative, acute or chronic injury
05 โ€” Heart & lungs

Cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation

A hospital stay or surgery can leave you de-conditioned, weak and unsteady on your feet โ€” more so the longer the stay. We assess your function, listen to your goals, and build an exercise plan to help you recover, working alongside your treating team.

Cardiac rehab โ€” suited to ischaemic heart disease (post cardiac arrest, stable angina, post myocardial infarction) and post cardiac surgery (CABG, valve repair/replacement, stent).
Pulmonary rehab โ€” suited to COPD (emphysema, chronic bronchitis), bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, and pre/post lung volume reduction surgery.

06 โ€” Aged care

Aged care

We specialise in improving quality of life through freedom of movement and functional independence. Our goal is simple: help you move safely and happily, with at-home and community-based care tailored to your physical and environmental needs.
